How do I place an order?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options are available for select areas.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our services to other countries.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How do I return a product?

Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order you want to return, and follow the return process. Our team will guide you through the steps.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" in the top menu, fill in your details, and verify your email address. It only takes a minute!

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Can I change my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, please contact our customer support team.
