1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from eCom App within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Underwear, innerwear, and intimate apparel

3. Return Process

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return" and select the reason
  4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  6. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Return Shipping

For defective or wrong items, we will bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, shipping charges may apply as per our policy.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
